One thing I have never excelled at is reading books from cover to cover. With 2020 in lockdown, I used the apartment-bound time to work on that. Here, I share my summary of one of my favorite reads of 2020—Creativity, Inc.

This article dips into some of the key chapters and themes of the book and highlights my key takeaways in light of being a manager and an executive. I hope this can also provide some takeaways for your day-to-day, and if you enjoy it, I’d highly encourage you to head out and buy the book!
